About Andréa Moura
Andréa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in designing tailored solutions to accelerate sustainable value creation for manufacturers and distributors.
She holds a degree in Chemistry from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz (BR), a specialization in Marketing with an emphasis on CRM from UNICAMP (BR), an MBA in Business Management from FGV (BR), and an MBA in ESG from Ibmec (BR). She also completed the Xponential Business Administration program at Nova SBE (PT), the Entrepreneur’s Xponential Program at Babson College (USA), and the Disruptive Strategy – Innovation program at Harvard Business School (USA). Andréa is a certified Board Member by IBGC (BR) and a Certified Advisory Board Member for Startups by Board Academy (BR).
Andréa has 36+ years of experience in business management, with a strong focus on commercial & marketing, technical, and regulatory areas within the food ingredients industry across the Americas. She has worked with major distributors and led the startup of AVEBE (Netherlands) operations in Brazil, as well as the ingredients division of Arla Foods (Denmark). She was also responsible for scaling Genu-in / JBS (Brazil) operations in North America and served on both Regional and Global Executive Boards at Rousselot / Darling Ingredients (USA).
After a long C-level career in renowned corporations, she decided to found Andréa Moura Consulting, a firm specialized in business management for B2B companies and M&A within the food and pharmaceutical ingredients sector.
